The holidays are officially over which means I have seriously gotta kick the bad eating habits! The past two months I have literally let myself go… Not okay! I worked so hard last summer to get in the best shape of my life, and now feel like I’m back to square one.

NEW YEAR WORKOUT CLOTHES

Since this is the first full week of January I’m basically living in my workout clothes. Although, didn’t most of us live in workout clothes the majority of last year, haha?!

Luckily, my workout routine has stayed somewhat consistent so I’m not dreading getting back into the gym. I’m quite excited about it, and I’ve started my walks around the lake again which are my favorite times these days.
