Hi ladies! I’m thrilled today to share my first daily devotional (it’s in PDF form).

When I started my blog in 2009, my desire was to share my faith. Never did I think this blog was going to turn into a job and that I would share fashion on this platform.

While I couldn’t see the big picture, God could, and he’s allowed me to share things I love, but more importantly, he’s given me a platform to share my faith with women.

I am beyond humbled at this opportunity, and I pray I am faithful in sharing my love for Jesus.

Beauty for the Heart began because I believe that true beauty begins on the inside. Clothes and makeup are fun, but our inner beauty is what will set us apart.

Not only that, but I can’t navigate this life without Jesus. He’s my constant companion.

I put together 30 Inspirational Devotions for us to begin on June 1st (of course, you can do them whenever you like). But I thought it would be fun for us to do a devotion together.

Summer is always hard for me to be consistent.

I think our schedules get so relaxed. I’ll help hold us accountable each day over on Instastories if you are on Instagram. If not, I’ll try to put something in my Beauty for the Heart here on the blog.

Each day begins with scripture, then a short devotion, and ends with prayer.

I’ve also included 3 Spotify playlists of my favorite Christian music. There’s Oldies but Goodies (think Steve Green, Amy Grant, Steven Curtis Chapman, etc.), Contemporary Christion, and Hymns.

Plus, I share some more devotional books you can order and use throughout the year.

When I think of all this, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father, the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth.

I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources, he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit.

Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong. And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is.

May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God.

Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Ephesians 3:14-20
