Beauty For the Heart– But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me was not in vain. On the contrary, I worked harder than any of them, though it was not I, but the grace of God that is with me. 1 Corinthians 5:10
Truth: This verse is a powerful reminder that everything we have and accomplish is because of God’s grace. We can never boast about our accomplishments because they are all made possible by God’s grace.
Paul was a perfect example of this truth. He worked as hard as anyone else to spread the gospel, but he always acknowledged that God’s grace enabled him to do so.
He knew that he was nothing without God’s help.
This verse can also be a source of encouragement for us. When we feel discouraged or feel like we’re not good enough, we can remember that it’s not about us. It’s about God’s grace. And God’s grace is sufficient for us.
Let your beauty shine from the inside out today!
