Happy Tuesday! Today, I’m sharing an Amazon Try-On with some of my favorite sweaters I’ve worn over the last few weeks.

I styled this sweater with jeans from Gap Factory. They’re a slim jean, in a medium wash. If you’re in between sizes, size up.

This is a great tunic that comes in lots of colors and works well with leggings.

Beauty For the Heart- The LORD said, ‘Go out and stand on the mountain in the presence of the LORD, for the LORD is about to pass by. ‘Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and shattered the rocks before the LORD, but the LORD was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the LORD was not in the earthquake. After the earthquake came a fire, but the LORD was not in the fire.

And after the fire came a gentle whisper. (1 Kings 19:11-12, NIV).

The Lord told Elijah to stand on the mountain in His presence, but He didn’t come in the ways Elijah (or we) would have expected: in a wind, earthquake, or even a fire. He came in a gentle whisper.

In the Hebrew language, the phrase for “gentle whisper” is Kol D’mama Daka, meaning “the sound of thin silence.” That’s where the Lord meets us: in the thin silence.

Today, let’s quiet our hearts so we can hear His gentle whisper.
