I get a cup of coffee and start my day reading God’s word.

In Psalm 143:8, David asks God to show him His lovingkindness in the morning. He wants to start his day with a fresh reminder of God’s love and faithfulness.

When we wake up in the morning, we can choose to focus on the negative things in our lives, or we can choose to focus on God’s love. Focusing on God’s love can give us the strength to face whatever the day may bring.

Let’s start each day with a fresh encounter of God’s love!
