These Outfits Hit On My Favorite Trends ATM, so I Re-Created Each for Under $200

Do you ever come across a really good outfit and let out an audible reaction to it? Nope? Just me, then? Cool.

What I mean when I say a "really good outfit" is a look that feels so utterly right now because it hits on a few major trends of the moment while achieving an effortless, Oh, this old thing? vibe, too. Since I hunt down trends all day long, I've gotten really good at sourcing these RGOs, as I'll call them, and I've finally racked up enough of them in the screenshot folder of my camera roll to build a proper story.

As if sharing great outfit ideas weren't enough of a reason, I went ahead and found affordable pieces to get each look and made sure that none of the outfits required more than $200 in total to re-create at home. Yes, that includes shoes. So if you're looking for some spring outfit inspiration, affordable shopping ideas, or both, look no further than the below seven outfits.

Leather Bermuda shorts are the new micro-trend to keep your eye on this spring, and this outfit from Grece shows us how to pull them off flawlessly, i.e., over-the-knee boots with a chunky knit tucked in.

It's back to basics right now, so the magic in TyLynn's look lies in her crisp Oxford shirt, lived-in Levi's, and effortless turtleneck layering idea.

More and more fashion girls are choosing muscle tees over their crew-necks.

Renata wore one here as the base to her It bag (which, for practical reasons, I did not link to below) and tucked it in to leather trousers, another trendy spring basic.

Crisscross straps are the warm-weather trend that has the fashion world flipping out, but Ellie found an approachable way to style her wraparound top: with relaxed jeans and an oversize blazer.

"At-home chill" is how I'd describe Leia's perfect off-duty look, which incorporates two trendy loungewear items: throwback New Balance sneakers and split-hem leggings.

While suits of all kinds are trending, Pernille's cropped blazer is hitting the spot as are the sandals she tied around her pant hems.

Fashion girls are all about the coordinating sweatsuit right now, bonus points if it's in a fun and unexpected color like Matilda's seafoam-green set. Lounging at home is usually the goal, but if you need to slip out for whatever reason, layer on a long trench and add sporty sneakers to complete the look.

Next up: 34 pretty spring sandals I'm eyeing from Nordstrom, Mango, and Zara.
