For busy working women, the suit is often the easiest outfit to throw on in the morning. In general, this feature is not about interview suits for women, which should be as classic and basic as you get — instead, this feature is about the slightly different suit that is fashionable, yet professional.
I am always drawn to a suit with a wide, unusual neckline like this one — even though they often fall into the “desk to dinner” category rather than, say, an “interview or court appearance” kind of thing.
(I’m still drooling over this 2017 version from Theory, to be honest — you can find a ton of versions of it at Poshmark if you’re hunting, or this knit version at Theory’s outlet.)
Today’s gorgeous suit is from Carolina Herrera — I love the loose fit, the slight peplum hem, and the matching straight-legged pants. Love.
