As you will know from Instagram, I like sharing beauty tips every weekend because that’s when I've got more time to experiment. This weekend I’ve been discovering a new product from a brand which I already love. Dr Ellie Sateei (my long-time Cosmetic Doctor) introduced me to Obagi a few years ago, so I’ve been looking forward to trying their Daily Hydro-Drops™.

Obagi Daily Hydro-Drops™ is a hydrating serum that leaves skin feeling smooth and refreshed. I mean just looking at the bottle, it is gorgeous and looks like little droplets of gold in there!
It has three key ingredients of:
Hibiscus oil which tightens and makes skin appear firmer and younger (let's put all over our bodies, shall we!).
Abyssinian oil which acts as a shield to protect against irritants.
Meadowfoam which locks in the moisture.
It is reassuringly expensive at around £80.
How to apply
I applied it to clean skin and it feels amazing. It is really, really light which is so important to me because I just don't like anything that makes my skin feel heavy or clogged.
If you apply it in the morning, then use a day cream on top. I'm using Nomige at the moment, so I just add a little pump to my face for added moisture.
I find usually I can’t leave oils on my skin as they are too heavy, and I’m worried they will block my pores. However, Obagi Daily Hydro-Drops™ can be left on the skin, as it feels light as it is more like a serum.
