Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar catches up with Alice Connors an exceptionally talented Supermodel, Influencer, music producer, songwriter, and record label owner; here she talks about her fitness routine, her diet, and her success story.
Namita Nayyar:
You wear many hats as a producer, songwriter, and label owner. How do you balance the technical precision of engineering a track with the raw emotion required to write a hit song? Do you prefer producing your own material or working with other artists?
Alice Connors:
I’ve lived a life shaped by extraordinary experiences, and every chapter has found its way into my music.
Songwriting is more than a creative process for me—it’s where memories, emotions, and life lessons are transformed into something people can connect with. Producing demands technical precision, often the most powerful records are those that carry genuine emotion and capturing that authenticity requires complete focus and immersion.
I prefer creating in solitude. It’s where I think most clearly, free from distractions, allowing every lyric, melody, and production choice to develop naturally. Since January 2026, I’ve independently written, produced, and distributed nine original songs, overseeing every stage of the creative process myself.
Seeing those releases reach more than 25 digital stores and streaming platforms has been a defining milestone, proving that a clear vision and determination can take independent music to audiences around the world.
For now, my focus remains on completing my first full-length album—a body of work that reflects not only my artistry, but my journey. Collaboration is something I welcome for the future, but I want my debut album to stand as a complete and uncompromising expression of who I am before I begin writing the next chapter alongside other artists.
Namita Nayyar:
As the owner of a record label, what is the core philosophy you look for when signing a new act? How does your experience as a model and PR specialist influence the way you market your artists?
Alice Connors:
When considering new PR partnerships, I look to work with high profile artists, entrepreneurs, and business owners who demonstrate professionalism, exceptional talent, and a genuine commitment to excellence.
What sets me apart from many other PR professionals is that I’ve built my own career within the modeling industry.
Through my work in public relations, I’ve successfully helped companies gain international exposure by securing placements in magazines and on billboard campaigns around the world. My focus is on delivering meaningful visibility that helps clients strengthen their brand and reach a wider audience.
I enjoy helping others even if it’s giving advice to others aspiring to achieve.

You have recently placed companies on international billboards through your modeling agency work. What is the most challenging part of bridging the gap between a brand’s identity and the visual spectacle required for a massive Hollywood or London billboard?
Alice Connors:
The greatest challenge is capturing a single moment that defines an entire brand. Long before a billboard lights up a skyline in Hollywood or London, there are hundreds of photographs, countless adjustments, and an unwavering pursuit of perfection behind the scenes.
For me, it’s never about the number of images captured—it’s about finding the one. The photograph that instantly commands attention, tells a story without words, and leaves a lasting impression.
That single frame becomes more than just an advertisement; it becomes a statement piece. When someone looks up at that billboard, they shouldn’t just see a brand—they should feel its identity, its ambition, and its presence in one unforgettable image.
Namita Nayyar:
You also present radio shows. How does your interaction with the audience on-air influence your production style in the studio?
Alice Connors:
Presenting a live radio show is a fast-paced environment where every second counts. While listeners hear a seamless broadcast, behind the scenes I’m constantly managing multiple responsibilities at once.
During a live show, I simultaneously operate four computer screens, two keyboards, two computer mice, the studio phone, and my own mobile phone, which I use for live streaming, social media updates, and promoting the broadcast in real time.
One system controls the music, another manages audience messages and requests, while the others allow me to prepare the next track, schedule advertisements, oversee live streams, and ensure every part of the show runs flawlessly.
On top of all of that, I’ve also conducted live interviews with up to four guests at the same time, including film directors and magazine owners, while continuing to manage every technical aspect of the broadcast. It requires complete concentration and the ability to remain calm under constant pressure.
The role demands sharp decision-making, exceptional organisation, and the ability to multitask at a high level without compromising the quality of the broadcast. When you’re live on air, there are no second takes—everything has to happen in real time while maintaining professionalism throughout.
Every programme creates a different atmosphere, and I enjoy selecting music and shaping conversations that reflect the mood of the audience. I regularly ask listeners what they would like to hear more of, and their feedback provides valuable insight into what truly resonates with them.
That interaction has influenced the way I approach music production, helping me create work that connects more naturally with listeners.
For me, radio is about far more than simply playing music—it’s about creating an experience. Alongside music shows, I also present live talk programmes covering educational and community-focused topics. Whether I’m interviewing government representatives and giving listeners the opportunity to ask questions in real time, or discussing mental and physical wellbeing by sharing practical lifestyle advice, my goal is always to inform, engage, and create meaningful conversations. That same philosophy carries through into everything I produce in the studio.
Namita Nayyar:
You have appeared on five iconic billboards across Hollywood, London, and New York, and are featured in magazines globally.
How does it feel to see yourself on that scale, and how do you stay grounded when your face is so publicly visible?
Alice Connors:
It still feels surreal. Seeing the display in person was an unforgettable moment—I stood there in disbelief as I looked up at the sheer scale of the enormous billboard. Experiences like that remind me just how far this journey has come.
Sometimes I don’t fully realise the reach of the publicity until I’m attending events and everything comes into perspective. Walking into a room where announcements are made, displays are showcased, and my presence is recognised is both humbling and incredibly rewarding.
Waking up to messages and feedback from fans and supporters is something I never take for granted.
Their encouragement genuinely keeps me motivated and inspires me to keep pushing forward. And the more i achieve just allows me more to help others…
Recently, I’ve received proposals relating to Vogue, FHM, and the Cannes Film Festival. Opportunities like these continue to arrive, and while life already feels like balancing on a tightrope between so many different roles and responsibilities, I’m excited to embrace even more of these incredible opportunities in the future. I’m looking forward to seeing where this journey takes me next.
I’ve spent most of my life in modeling and show business, and I believe I always will.
It has given me purpose, a place where I’ve always been able to be myself, and a future filled with possibility. No matter where the journey leads, it will always be the place that reminds me to keep dreaming.
