3 On-Trend Outfits for Fall From Ssense

Welcome to Before I Head Out, a series in which fashion editor Anneliese Henderson rounds up the snaps she's taken of her favorite outfits before heading out the door of her Los Angeles home.Like every fashion person, I have a (probably unhealthy) obsession with stalking the internet for things to buy. That new skirt that every influencer is posting about? I knew about it weeks ago. The shoes my friend is asking me if she should order?

Already in my Saved folder. One of the sites you can find me on until the wee hours of the morning is SSENSE. The retailer is just 24/7 ahead of the game. It has the best assortment of brands—from tried-and-true designers like The Row, to up-and-coming designers that are about to be huge.

With fall coming up, I knew SSENSE would have me covered on new pieces that not everyone has, along with some things that will basically go with everything in my closet till I'm old and gray. Keep scrolling for the pieces that ended up making their way from my cart to my closet, including two accessories that I now wear with every outfit. (Sorry, not sorry.)I'm not trying to be dramatic, but I did indeed find the perfect dress. I'm obsessed with the length, the color, the cute little buttons in the front—everything! Now, remember, I live in L.A., and fall here is, well, toasty.

Come gloomier days, you'll find me with some tights and an ankle-length coat. Maybe a chapeau hat that all of our fashion editors were wearing out and about at fashion week?Like I mentioned, I found things from SSENSE that now feel as though they are permanently attached to my body: a pair of The Row flats and an A.P.C. bag. Both pieces have that longevity factor—they're made of good quality (like, real leather, people) and are timeless silhouettes. Plus, they're black, so they're going to go with everything I own.

GANNI Red Button Minidress The Row Black Elastic Ballerina Flats My uniform on most days is pretty laid back: jeans and a T-shirt. (I'm a tried-and-true California girl.) But I like to add elements to spice it up. These particular Rag & Bone jeans have this major cuffing moment at the bottom that just adds a little bit of oomph to the look. And this Ganni polo? First of all, the knit is everything and more, but we need to take a second for the buttons.

The gold hardware is excellent. GANNI Off-White Placket Polo rag & bone Blue Sofie Ankle Ultra Wide-Leg Jeans The Row Black Elastic Ballerina Flats The chill this morning lasted precisely 15 minutes, but hey, I took advantage of it. I opted for this oversize, incredibly cozy Toteme cardigan paired with these Studio Nicholson trousers. I was a little worried about wearing two baggy pieces together, but the end result was *chef's kiss*.

And the simplicity of my new trusty accessories made it all come together flawlessly. I fear you may find me in this combo multiple days a week. TOTEME Ssense Exclusive Navy Boxy Cardigan Studio Nicholson Beige Sperro Trousers The Row Black Elastic Ballerina Flats
