Donna Karan New York is back, with a vengeance. The iconic American brand has since undergone a relaunch, having been acquired by G-III Apparel Group Ltd back 2016 from LVMH. A whole three decades have passed, since Donna Karan first unveiled the iconic “In Women We Trust”advertising campaign lensed by the late Peter Lindbergh and the slogan remains the brand’s mantra with the relaunch, for the Spring 2024 season. To commemorate the occasion, famed photographer Annie Leibovitz was called upon to lens a celebratory campaign starring eight supermodels who represent the label’s past, present and future.
The faces of the campaign include legends Liya Kebede, Linda Evangelista, Carolyn Murphy, Cindy Crawford, Shalom Harlow, Amber Valletta, Karlie Kloss and Imaan Hammam, who each don an array of signature pieces from the newly-launched collection.
