Over the weekend, some of Hollywood’s biggest stars gathered together to attend the biggest award show of the season – the 96th Annual Academy Awards (more commonly known as the Oscars). As expected – just about each and every attendee went all out with both their fashion and beauty choices for such a special and celebratory occasion.
A whole plethora of memorable beauty moments occurred this year, from the versatile bobs of both Zendaya to Florench Pugh to ultra-glamorous up-dos from Gabrielle Union and Laverne Cox. And can we please talk about the eye-catching golden skin shimmer on Lupita Nyong’o, which caught the light oh so beautifully on the red carpet?
Nails had quite a moment on the 2024 Oscars red carpet too! Danielle Brooks incorporated the number 26 into her rhinestone-adorned manicure to represent the fact she is the 26th Black woman to be nominated for an Oscar in the Best Supporting Actress category (and ultimately went home with the award on the night).
